Holiday Schedule:

Mon - Wed - normal schedule
Thursday - 6 am; 7 am; 8 am *Must sign-up. Wear your RED, WHITE, AND BLUE!
Friday - 5:30 am & 8:30 am only  - FREE TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY!
Saturday/ Sunday - regular open gym times


YOGA w/ Cat: Regular Yoga classes will be starting on Saturdays from 8:45 - 9:45 am on July 13th.  Tell a friend!

Strength:
Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets) of:
Front Squat x 4 reps @ 75%

“The Chief” (20 minutes)
3 min AMRAP:
3 Power Cleans
6 Push-Ups
9 Air Squats
1 min. Rest.

Rx: 135/95 lbs; honest push-ups (avoid snaking or chicken pecking)
Sc: 115/75 lbs or less; snaking/modified push-ups
Mx: 95/65 lbs

Repeat for a total of five sets, resting 60 seconds between sets. Pick up each set where you left off at the start of each 3 minutes.
