Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes, complete (6 sets):

Split Jerk from behind the neck x 2 rep @ 65-70%

**The benefit from working behind the neck is that you don’t need to worry about getting your head out of the way as the bar is already in a position to be driven straight overhead. When setting up, pull the elbows under the bar so as you dip and drive, you push up on the bar versus pushing the bar forward if the elbows are behind.

WOD:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
3 Bar Muscle-Ups
6 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans (55/35 lb DBs - both arms)
12 DB Deadlifts (55/35 lb DBs)

Sc: 3 Burpee Chest to bars or Burpee Pull ups
DB 35/20 or less
