Gunner Notes:
Chalk bucket toppers:  We need your help to keep our gym floor clean and to preserve chalk.  

  • I have replaced all the OG chalk buckets with 6 larger red buckets.  

  • I've also added chalk bucket toppers in an effort to keep the chalk in the bucket and not on the ground.  This is to prevent the chalk from spilling out when a bucket accidentally  is knocked over.  

  • Also, please chalk your hands under the chalk topper.  

  • I also am requesting to keep the blocks of chalk IN the bucket instead removing it from the bucket and putting by our workout area.  Too often, people step on the block or it gets smashed by the equipment.  

These efforts by all of us will prevent waste as well as help us keep the gym floors clean.  Thank you!!

Clean Lift Off + Clean + Jerk x 1 rep
*Sets 1-2 @ 75% of 1-RM Clean & Jerk
*Sets 3-5 @ 80% of 1-RM Clean & Jerk
*Sets 6-7 @ 85% of 1-RM Clean & Jerk
