10 min AMRAP:

3 Toes to Bar
3 Front Squats
6 Toes to Bar
6 Front Squats
9 Toes to Bar
9 Front Squats

… etc.

Continue to add 3 reps each set.

Rx: 185/125 lbs
Sc: 135/95 lbs or less

** IMPORTANT: Please scale the load if the front squats are more then 55-60% of your 1-rm Front Squat or if the load won’t be moved in a safe manner.
