Station 3 - Double-under practice or HS Walk Practice
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
3 Bar Muscle-Ups
6 Devils’ Press 50/35*
50 ft. Single-Arm DB Overhead Walking Lunge 50/35
Sc: C2B or pull-ups
DB 35/20 or less
* Devil’s Press: Using two DB.
Burpee, then DB hang to overhead press.
No stopping at the shoulders.
You may swing the DB like a KB swing.
