1 Deadlift
1 Squat Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Push Jerk
Partner A does the above complex while the Partner B is running a 400m. Switch places when Partner B gets back from their run.

Rx: 95/65
Sc: 200 m run
65/45 or less
