Snatch Press in Receiving Position x 5 reps 
(If this is too difficult, stand and do 5 Snatch Grip Strict Press)

Followed by…

Every 2 minutes, for 8 minutes (4 sets):
3 Position Snatch x 1 rep
*Sets 1-2 @ 40% of 1-RM Snatch
*Sets 3-4 @ 50% of 1-RM Snatch
(The 3 positions should be in this order: Hip, Mid Knee, & Floor)

WOD:
20 min EMOM:
Even - 30 sec. Bench Press @ Body Weight
Odd - 30 sec. DB Deadlift 70/50

Score: 2 scores: Bench Press & DL

Sc: Bench Press 50-75% of BW
Reduce DB weight.
