4-8 Strict Pull-Ups x 4-8 reps
25 - 50 ft Handstand Walk
45 sec L-Sit Hold on parallettes (accumulate the time if you need to)

Ring Rows or Assisted Strict PU
Wall Walk x 3 ascents or Handstand Walk with assistance
Tuck hold on the floor

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
25/20 cals Assault Bike
50 Double-Unders
10 Strict Handstand Push-Ups

20/12 Assault Bike Cals
12 DU attempts or 100 singles
Seated DB Press 50/35 or less
