Warm-up: Dry Flip Cup
*Coaches - Depending on the number of athletes, you may have to run 2 games and/or play the game yourself.
1. Teams of 5-6.
2. Line up 4-5 boxes for the table.
3. Teams line up on either side of “table”.
4. Play flip cup! If a teammate flips their cup successfully, entire team does one burpee.
5. Which ever team goes down the line and flips all the cups wins.
6. Losing team does 10 consecutive burpees.

Coach led stretch.
