In teams of two, partners alternate complete rounds until they have finished 7 sets each of:
10 Awesome Push-Ups (no snaking)
10 Kettlebell Swings (70/53)
12/10 Cals on Assault Bike
Sc: Snaking Push-ups
KB 53/35 or less
6 Cals on Assault Bike
Friday: The Fittest Experience Qualifier 19.2 & 19.3 during class.
Those competing in the TFX qualifiers need to:
- Bring their own scorecards
- Have a judge
- Arrange to video your workout for submission.
- You’ll need to do 19.1 on your own before the deadline (January 29th @ 8:00 pm).
Not competing in TFX? Ignore everything above and just come and workout!
