5 Romanian DL (knees to hip)
5 Hang Muscle Snatch
5 Hang Power Snatch
5 OHS
5 Snatch Grip Press in Squat or Standing

Every 2 minutes, for 14 minutes (7 sets):

Below Knee Snatch  x 2 reps

Set 1-2 @ 70%
Set 3-4 @ 75%
Set 5-6 @ 80%
Sets 7 @ 80+%

WOD:
As many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes:

30 Double-Unders
10 Power Snatches (75/55 lbs)***
3 Bar Muscle-Ups

***Save the 10’s!!

Sc: 10 DU attempts or 60 singles
Empty Bar snatches to below the knee or less
5 C2B or 5 PU or 5 ring rows
