Every 2:30 minutes for 15 min:
Station 1- Strict Handstand Push-Ups x 5-10 reps @ 2111 OR Strict Handstand Push-Up Negatives x 5 reps @ 51A1
Station 2-  3 - 5 reps Strict MU.  If you don’t have strict, then kipping MU.  OR MU practice (kipping, transitions, dips, pull-ups, etc).

Benchmark WOD:

50-40-30-20 and 10 rep rounds of:
Double-unders
Sit-ups
