Strength:
Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes, complete (5 sets):

Snatch Balance with 3 sec. hold at the bottom
*Sets 1-2 @ 70% of 1-RM snatch
*Sets 3-4 @ 75%
*Set 5 @ 80%

WOD:
3 Rounds:

5 min AMRAP:
20 Wallballs 20/14 @ 10 ft.
15 Box Jumps 24/20
10 Overhead Squat 135/95

-Rest 3 minutes-

Sc:  115/75 or 95/65 or less
** Note:
Pick up where you left off for each interval. Adjust the weight if needed but you should have a weight that you can easily, when fresh, overhead squat 15+ reps.
