Minute 2 – Bent Over DB Rows x 6-8 reps @ 2211 (up for 2, hold for 2)
Minute 3 – Static Ring Hold ** x 20 seconds (or on stationary dip station)
Minute 4 – Hollow Rocks x 30 seconds
