Each minute on the minute (EMOM), complete one round of work. Score is total number of 1-minute rounds completed, plus number of reps completed in first incomplete round.
Sc: reduce reps!! This is a HIGH VOLUME workout. Tons of reps. Don't be afraid to scale this to
4-8-12 or 3-6-9.
You CAN switch rep scheme mid-WOD.
*. The goal is to FINISH YOUR ROUNDS for most of the workout, not just make it through pull-ups and a few push-ups. Adjust accordingly.

Rx+: If you've done Chelsea before and completed all 30 rounds, then increase the reps by 1 for the entire workout (6 pull-ups, 11 push-ups, 16 air squats).
