“Reset Week”
***This week will look a bit different than a typical week. It’s an opportunity for you to reset after our last cycle.Every 90 sec for :

Interval 1 - Right leg Bulgarian Split Squats  x 6-8 reps @ 3111*
Interval 2 - Left Leg Bulgarian Split Squats x 6-8 reps @ 3111*
Interval 3 - Ring Rows (feet elevated for more difficulty) x 6-8 reps @ 2311
Interval 4 - Hollow Rocks x 30 sec

Bulgarian Split Squats -- weighted with DB or unweighted.  Top of shoes on top of a bench, box or similar.  3 sec down, 1 sec at bottom, 1 sec up, 1 sec at top.
