200 Meter Run
400 Meter Run
600 Meter Run
Partner 1 runs 200 meters, partner 2 runs 200 meters. Partner 1 runs 400 meters, and so on…. Partners must tag out.  Runs start and end inside the gym.  

*Note:  If it is TOO HOT in the afternoon and you do not feel it wise to run, then row.
