Strength:
Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):

1 Power Snatch + 1 OHS* + 1 Snatch - 
*3 sec pause in the bottom of every OHS
*Set 1 – 60% of 1-RM
*Set 2 – 65% of 1-RM
*Set 3 – 70% of 1-RM
*Sets 4-5 – @ 75%-80% of 1 RM

WOD: (takes 28 min)
10 1-minute rounds of:
10 burpees over the bar
Max reps of power snatches 155/105
-Rest 2 minutes between rounds.-

Score: Total snatch reps.  Must get at least 10 burpees and 1 or more snatches per round to Rx.

135/95 or 95/65 or less
