WOD:
In teams of two, complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
3 Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
6 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)

Rest EXACTLY five minutes, and then:

In teams of two, complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 Walking Dumbbell Lunges 50/35
1 rope climb

*Must tag out with partner.

Rx+:  legless rope climb
Sc:  PCleans 95/65 or less;  step-overs
DB 25/20 or unweighted lunges;  2 rope lowers
