Every 90 seconds, for 12 minutes (8 sets):

High Hang Snatch x 2 reps

*Sets 1-3 @ 60%

*Sets 4-6 @ 65%

*Sets 7-8 @ 70%

WOD:
For time:
3 rounds of:
5 bar muscle-ups
5 snatches

Then, 3 rounds of:
15 deadlifts
30 squats

Then, 3 rounds of:
5 bar muscle-ups
5 cleans

Men: 155 lb.
Women: 105 lb.

Sc:  10 C2B Pull-ups; 135/95
or 10 jumping PU;  95/65 or less

Strict 20 min time cap.
