20 alternating rounds:
10 cal row
10 burpees over the rower
One partner works, one partner rests. Each partner does 10 rounds.
Rx: Must jump burpees two feet to two feet.
Sc: Step-over rower. Scale burpees to 6-8 each round.
*If there aren't enough rowers then use Assault Bikes - 8-10 calories and jump over a barbell/plates.
