Diamonds - Abmat Sit-ups
Spades - Push-ups
Clubs - KB Swings 53/35 (Sc: reduce weight)
Score: time and # of burpees
Aces - 200m run
Face Cards - 11 reps
Jokers - 10 Burpees **CAN BE GIVEN TO COMPETING TEAMS**
Rule 1: You cannot flip a card until all members of your team have completed all the reps/run.
Rule 2: Run begins and ends inside the gym.
Rule 3: Please put your deck back together with 2 Jokers and bind it up with a rubber band when you're done. Thx!
Rule 4: Will Berry shall have no access to the cards. He is a cheater. #deckstacker
