40 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
30 DB Cleans 50/35
20 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
10 Toes to Bar
5 D-Ball Over the Shoulder Cleans
Partner A starts with 40 KB, Partner B then performs 30 DB Cleans, Partner A then performs 20 Box jumps, Partner B does 10 T2B, Partner A does 5 Dball Cleans, then Partner B does 40 double-unders…and so on.
