23:00 – 27:00 – 400m Run, Max Thrusters (95/65)

Must get at least 1 rep each round to Rx.

**Several of you have reported to have troubles at the 1 mile mark with aggressive dogs.  Like growling-biting-and-chase-you-down-the-street dogs.   Feel free to do 2x800m instead of going all the way to the 1 mile turnaround.
