WOD 2:  Teams of 2.  One partner works and completes entire round while other partner rests.

100m sprint
50m Waiter Walk Right Arm 50/35
50m Waiter Walk Left Arm 50/35 

Rest 5 min., then,

Plank holds - 3 rounds:
1 min hold (weighted if you can)
1 min rest
