Power Snatch + Snatch x 1 rep
*Sets 1-2 @ 65% of 1-RM Snatch
*Sets 3-4 @ 70% of 1-RM Snatch
*Sets 5-6 @ 75% of 1-RM Snatch
*Sets 7-8 @ 80% of 1-RM Snatch

WOD:
9-15-21:
Chest to Bar Pull-ups
Bar Facing Burpees (using the new CrossFit standards - you must jump in and out)
Overhead Squats (95/65)

Sc:  Jumping C2B
Step-in-out for the burpees
OHS 65/45 or less.  PVC pipe is always an option!
