Sets 1-2: 65%
Sets 3-4: 70%
Sets 5-6: 75%

Rest 2 minutes, and then …

Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes, complete:
Power Clean + Push Jerk @ 80-85%

WOD:
30-25-20-15-10:
Russian Kettlebell Swings (70/53)
AbMat Sit-ups
10 Meter Shuttle Sprints

Sc:  53/35; cut shuttle sprints in 1/2 if needed.

Large Class Management:  
All shuttle sprints will be done outside.
Count off athletes by 3's (1,2,3,etc).
1- Start with Russian KB swings
2 - Start with AbMat Sit-ups
3 - Start with Shuttle Sprints
