Strength:
Every 2 minutes, for 16 minutes (8 sets):

Power Snatch + Snatch x 1 rep
*Sets 1-2 @ 70% of 1-RM Snatch
*Sets 3-4 @ 75% of 1-RM Snatch\
*Sets 5-6 @ 80% of 1-RM Snatch
*Sets 7-8 @ 85% of 1-RM Snatch
The goal is to try to power snatch 85% of your 1-RM Snatch. If you are unable to power snatch 85% of your 1-RM Snatch – Treat this as a snatch double.

WOD:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
20 GHD sit-ups
15 Hand release push-ups
10 left-arm overhead walking lunges
10 right-arm overhead walking lunges

Men: 50-lb. dumbbell
Women: 35-lb. dumbbell

Sc:  abmat situps;  snake HRPU;  reduce DB weight OR unweighted lunges
