60 Toes to Bar
40 Alternating Reverse Lunges 50/35 lbs
20 Renegade Rows 50/35 lbs

(1 Renegade Row = Push-Up, Row Right, Push-Up, Row Left)

Sc: *reduce time to 20 min if needed.
Knee raises
Reduce DB weight to 35/20 or less
Unweighted reverse lunges
Knees on the ground for renegade rows
