I just want to give major congrats to everyone on this past cycle! Lots of new PRs and some awesome progress in everyone's training. We need a bigger Accomplishment Board!
This week will look a little different then our normal weeks. This is a transition week that leads us into the next cycle.
Every 90 seconds, for 12 minutes (4 sets of each):
Station 1 – Clean-Grip Romanian Deadlift x 6-8 reps (build as you go)
Station 2 – Strict Pull-Ups x 6-8 reps (may add weight if you’d like to)
Station 3 – Hollow Rocks x 45 seconds
25 Wallballs 20/14 @ 10 ft.
15 Lateral Barbell Burpees
5 Deadlifts (275/185)
Sc: 225/155 or less
WB 14/10 @ 9ft
