2.  Open Gym WILL be held on Sunday, Jan. 7 from 2-4 pm.

Take 15 minutes to build up to a heavy Push Press.  Record this number.

15 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
12 Lateral Barbell Burpees
9 Squat Snatches (115/80)

Sc:  pull-ups or jumping C2B;  reduce weight as needed in order to squat snatch.  Use an empty bar if needed.
