Set 1 – Jerk x 4 reps @ 65%
Set 2-4 – Jerk x 4 reps @ 70%
Set 5-6 – Jerk x 4 reps @ 75%

Hold the receiving position for 2 seconds.

WOD:

15 chest-to-bar pull-ups
20 burpees
15 sumo deadlift high-pulls 95/65
