Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes:
Option 1:  Ring Muscle-Up x 2 reps (make the reps perfect – even if this is easy for you, make them the easiest and most fluid reps ever)
Option 2:   Ring Muscle-Up x 1 rep
Option 3:   Strict Pull-Up x 1-2 reps + Ring-Dip x 1-2 reps
