6 Sets of the Following Complex:
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Push Press
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Push Jerk
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Split Jerk

*Goal is to build in weight each set.  Must be unbroken.

Score:  Record all 6 weights successfully completed.

Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes:
Minute 1 – Double Unders x 30-40 reps OR DU practice
Minute 2 – Nose-to-Wall Handstand Hold x 30 - 45 seconds OR Plank hold
