Strength:

Spend 15 minutes to find your 1 rep max weighted Pull-up.  Kipping is allowed.  Use dip belts.
OR work on pull-ups
OR EMOM 5 ring rows

CINCO DE MAYO WOD!

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
Partners switch after every 5 reps.

10 handstand pushups
10 power cleans, 135/95lbs
10 bar over burpees
10 1-arm Hang KB snatches right, 50/35
10 1-arm Hang KB snatches left, 50/35

Partner A does 5 HSPU, then partner B does 5 HSPU.
Partner A does 5 PC, then partner B does 5 PC.
etc.
