3 High Hang Cleans + 3 Front Squats @ 55% of 1-RM Clean

Immediately followed by…

2 Mid Thigh Cleans + 2 Front Squats @ 65% of 1-RM Clean

Immediately followed by…
Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets):
1 Clean + 1 Front Squat @ 75% of 1-RM Clean

50 wall-ball shots

Strict Time cap: 16 minutes

Rx+:
Men use an 70-lb. dumbbell and 30-lb. ball. @ 10 ft.
Women use a 50-lb. dumbbell and 20-lb. ball. @ 9 ft.

Rx: DB 50/35; WB 20/14 @ 10/9 ft; 5 rope climbs
Sc:  DB 35/20 or less; 200 singles;  WB 14/10 @ 9 ft; 5 indoor rope climbs or 10 rope lowers
