Technique is the method to success for completion of a movement.

Monday:

Back Squat - every 2 minutes

*Set 1 – 5 reps @ 65-70%
*Set 2 – 3 reps @ 75-80%
*Set 3 – 1 rep @ 85-90%

-Then-

Every three minutes, for 12 minutes (4 sets):
Back Squat x 2 reps @ 85% of 1-RM

WOD:

30-20-10

Dumbbell Thrusters 35/25
Toes to Bar
Burpees

15 min time cap.
