Each team must accumulate the following:

100 Box jumps 24/20
200 Calories Assault Bike
300 ab-mat sit-ups
4,000m run

Both athletes work at the same time.  Divide up work as you see fit.  

Score:  Time when all the reps & distance has been finished for the team.

Time cap:  40 minutes

Idea (but not required):
Each athlete on the team does the following:
5 rounds:
10 Box Jumps
20 Cals Assault Bike
30 Ab Mat Sit-Ups
400M run
