Every 2 minutes, for 8 minutes, complete:

Clean Pull + Clean

and then …

Every 2 minutes, for 8 minutes, complete:
Clean x 1 rep

Build in weight over the course of the 8 sets, focusing on mechanics.

WOD:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

5 Strict Pull-Ups
10 Strict Handstand Push-Ups (or L-Seated DB Presses** see video below)
20 Air Squats

*No kipping.  Scale by doing the L-Seated DB Presses with a challenging weight.
