Strength:
Overhead Squat (from the racks)  -
Every 2 min:
5 @ 55%
5 @ 65%
3 @ 70% - 3 sec hold on the bottom
3 @ 75% - 3 sec hold on the bottom
2 @ 80% - 3 sec hold on the bottom
2 @ 85% - 3 sec hold on the bottom

If you don’t know your 1 RM, then build as you go.  If you struggle with OHS, this is a great opportunity to KEEP IT LIGHT and work on getting into better positions.

3 Rounds:
10 Power Snatches (115/80)
20 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
30 Wallballs (20/14 @ 10 ft)

Sc:  Power Snatch 95/65 or less;  Step-overs;  WB 14/10 @ 9 ft
