Strength
Every 2 minutes.  Six sets of:
Snatch from 2″ Below the Knee + Snatch @ 65-70% w/ 2-sec. pause

Stand it up and descend back to 2″ below the knee and pause for 2 seconds before snatching from there.  Drop the barbell, set-up properly and perform a full snatch with a 2 second pause in the receiving position.

10 Push-Press 155/105 lbs
20 Kettlebell Swings 53/35
800m run
20 Push-Press 135/95
40 Kettlebell Swings
400m run
30 Push-Press 115/75
60 Kettlebell Swings

Sc:  Runs - 800/400/200
Push-press - 75/55; 65/45; 45/35
KB Swing - 35/25 lb.  Reduce reps if needed to 20/30/40.
