Min 1 - 2:  5-8 Kips on Rings or bar
Min 3 - 12:  1-3 Ring MU; 1-3 Bar MU; 1-5 C2B, kipping, or strict pull-ups; 5-8 ring rows

3 Hand-release push-ups
3 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
3 Sandbag Over the Shoulder Cleans 60/40

Next round is 6’s, then 9’s, etc…
